Palpites para Katerina Siniakova — Liudmila Samsonova

Both players have been better at finding a level than keeping it. Siniakova took the first set 6-1 against Svitolina before losing in three, and rallied to a decider against Osaka; Samsonova let leads slip against Muchova, Joint and Gauff, while her win over Day needed a third-set tie-break.

That makes Over 21.5 games the right side at 1.86. Samsonova has also had to work through comebacks against Fruhvirtova and Kostyuk. A decider looks quite plausible, and the line is low enough that even a tight two-set match can get there.

Samsonova’s first serve can bring quick holds, but Siniakova defends and counterattacks well; her own serve is less reliable. The head-to-head is 2-2, with two matches going the distance, and their current hard-court form and winner prices suggest little separates them.

Samsonova to win was tempting on freshness, but Siniakova’s doubles workload does not prove fatigue, and the playing date is unclear; Samsonova’s habit of surrendering leads also gives little reason to pay for that side. The half-game handicap is essentially the same coin flip. The danger is a straight-sets match with both sets lopsided.
